- Friday 20 December 2024 – 10.30am to 12.30pm
Please bring a drink bottle and a small snack. We do have free filtered water here if needed. Snacks are NOT to include nuts or seeds.
Please come in comfortable attire (t-shirt, shorts or tights).

Action Gym – School Holiday Session
Drawing on influences from acrobatics and parkour, Action Gym introduces participants to traditional gymnastics and its apparatus’ in new ways. Games, obstacles and challenges build upon fundamental movement skills, combing elements of effort, space and time when performing movement sequences and skills.
Run by our accredited coaches, this 2-hour session will include circuits on the floor, vault, bars, beam and tumble track. It will also include games and free play.
Please bring a water bottle and healthy snack.
Parents are welcome to stay and watch.
