Spring in and Win! — Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the “Spring in and Win!” promotion (“the Promotion”) conducted by YMCA South Australia (“the Promoter”). By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Promoter
The Promoter is YMCA South Australia, ABN 41 241 860 884, of Level 2, 29 Young Street, Adelaide SA 5000.
2. Promotional Period
The Promotion runs from 21 September 2026 to 4 October 2026 (“the Promotional Period”).
3. Eligibility and Entry
Entry is automatic when a child is enrolled in an eligible program at YMCA Gymnastics State Sports Park, Glengowrie, Seaford or O’Sullivan Beach during the Promotional Period. The parent or guardian on the child’s account is the entrant and must be aged 18 years or over. One entry applies per child enrolled.
4. Eligible Programs
The following programs are eligible for entry:
- KinderGym
- Mini Gym
- Recreational Gymnastics Stages 1 to 5
- Action Gym
- Team Gym Fun
- Recreational Tumbling
5. Prior Enrolment Exclusion
Offer available to new students only. Participants must not be enrolled in a program as of the promotional period start date.
6. Excluded Persons
Employees and volunteers of YMCA South Australia, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
7. Prize
One winner is drawn at each of the four centres, four prizes in total. Each prize is valued at up to $580, with a total prize pool of up to $2,320. Each prize is a credit equal to 26 weeks of the winner’s enrolled class fee, to a maximum of $580 (based on Recreational Gymnastics Stage 5 at State Sports Park). The credit is applied to the winner’s account and used against class fees from 1 November 2026. Any unused credit expires on 30 June 2027.
8. Prize Conditions
The prize is non-transferable, holds no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the child’s enrolment ends before 30 June 2027, any remaining credit is forfeited.
9. Draw
Draws are conducted the week of 5 October 2026.
10. Notification and Claim
Winners are notified by email within two business days of the draw. The prize is applied automatically to the winner’s account; no claim is required.
11. Forfeiture and Replacement
If the winning child is no longer enrolled at their centre on 1 November 2026, the prize is forfeited and a replacement winner is drawn.
12. Publicity
The winner’s first name and centre will be published on each centre’s Facebook page for at least seven days following the draw.
13. Disqualification
YMCA South Australia may disqualify any entry that does not meet these terms.
14. Variation and Cancellation
YMCA South Australia may vary or cancel this Promotion where required by law or directed by Consumer and Business Services.

16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
