Answer one or two quick questions and we will point you to a class to start with.
Non-competitive classes where children learn the foundations on floor, beam, bars and vault, building strength and coordination as they go. Gymnasts move up through the stages at their own pace. Classes are grouped by ability, so an older beginner starts alongside children at their own level rather than with five-year-olds.
For gymnasts who have finished Stage 3, or who are over 12 and coming in with experience. The longer class gives them time to work on harder skills, full routines and technique. A coach places your child at the right stage, so these levels are not open to online enrolment, and the quickest way in is to email us.
A fun introduction to trampoline where participants learn shapes, safe landings, and basic skills. Classes help develop coordination, confidence, and aerial awareness. Stage 4 and above are 90 minutes and coach placed.
A beginner boys’ gymnastics class introducing fundamental skills across a variety of apparatus. Participants develop strength, coordination, flexibility, and confidence through structured activities.
Floor gymnastics, tumbling and mini-trampoline performed as a team. It runs as one group covering the entry stages, so there is no stage to pick, and the emphasis is on working together rather than competing.
A beginner tumbling class specialises on the fundamental tumbling skills such as rolls, cartwheels, and handstands. Gymnasts will build strength, flexibility, and coordination through progressive learning. Stage 4 and above are 90 minutes and coach placed.
