What to bring
Please come in comfortable sports attire (no skirts or dresses) and bring a water bottle. We require participants to have bare feet for all activities.

Program Information
Intro to tumbling – the basics
For ages 4–8 | No experience needed
Is your child curious about gymnastics, dance, or cheer but hasn’t tried tumbling before? This fun and supportive session is the perfect place to start! We’ll explore the fundamental shapes and skills of tumbling in a playful and engaging way:
- Learn to jump with control and rebound
- Master forward and backward rolls
- Try beginner handstands and cartwheels
This workshop is designed for beginners with no prior experience—just bring your energy and enthusiasm!
Beginner – building on the basics
For ages 5–12 | Some experience required
This session is designed for kids with basic experience in gymnastics, tumbling, cheer, or dance who are ready to take their skills to the next level! We’ll continue developing core tumbling shapes and techniques, while introducing lead-up drills for more advanced movements:
- Refine control and rebound techniques
- Improve rolling, handstands, and cartwheels
- Progress into roundoff and kickover preparation drills
- Explore power and speed-building exercises
This workshop supports confident movers who are eager to grow their tumbling skills in a fun and encouraging environment!
Intermediate – refining technique and building skills
For ages 8–17 | Confident tumblers welcome
This session is designed for athletes who are confident with basic tumbling skills such as walkovers, roundoffs, and more. It’s time to level up! We’ll focus on technical progressions and skill development to help participants move toward more advanced tumbling:
- Refine technique in walkovers and roundoffs
- Learn lead-up drills for front and back handsprings
- Explore saulto progressions and speed-building exercises
- Ability to extend individual tumblers to provide a challenge for everyone
Perfect for gymnasts, dancers, and cheerleaders looking to sharpen their skills in a supportive and energetic environment!
We will be introducing a new recreational and competitive tumbling program. Tumbling focusses on speed, power and technique, and is one of the fastest growing gymnastics sports. Recreational classes provide participants with the fundamentals of tumbling using our airtrack to put together movement sequences, while competitive classes provide coaching and advanced techniques for those wanting to participate in competitions.
