Celebrate your birthday at Seaford
Here at the Y we host fully structured gymnastic style birthday parties for children of all ages and abilities! Whether it be a kindergym style party for your toddler, or a disco themed party for your teenager, the YMCA will host a professional and fun party for you and your friends!
Perfect indoor option for those hot birthdays in summer or cold and wet birthdays in winter where the kids can still have plenty of space and keep active.
We are nuts, seeds and alcohol free. Please do not bring these into the centre.
Details
- $220 for 12 children
- 2 hour party timeslot
- Participation for up to 20 children. A small fee of $10 per head will be applied per head if more than 12.
- Saturdays: 1pm - 3pm or 4pm - 6pm
- Sundays: 10am -12pm, 1pm - 3pm, or 4pm - 6pm
Inclusions
- 2 qualified party hosts (including 90 minutes of supervised activity)
- Designated table area, including a gifts table
- Full use of the gymnastics hall and range of gymnastics equipment – uneven bars, high bar, 3 beams, vault, various soft shapes, mini tramp, long tumbling track and foam pit.
- Air fryer and microwave available
- Viewing area for parents/guardians to watch the fun
- Party invitations available on request
Party themes
KinderGym
For children aged 1 - 5 years. Children can enjoy a fun and exciting birthday with our specialised KinderGym equipment. The semi-structured, parent guided party will take kids through activities where they climb, crawl, roll, bounce, rock and swing. We also include singing, dancing and free-play.
Gymnastics party
Using all of the equipment, party guests can roll, swing, climb, jump and balance their way through the party. With organised group games and free-play, it’ll be non-stop!
Choose your own
We can tailor our gymnastics party to your preference, including music, dancing, games, KinderGym and ninja warrior circuits. Please mention your preferences when booking to ensure we can accommodate.

CONDITIONS OF HIRE
- Allocated hired hours are 15 mins prior to and 15 mins after the party for setting up and packing up. This is to ensure that multiple parties flow smoothly and do not overlap.
- A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to confirm the booking.
- Outstanding payment for the party is to be paid prior to the party day. This is an insurance precaution and must be adhered to. ($270 or more depending on number of children attending)
- Payment on the day will not be permitted. Cheques can be paid 1 week prior to the party date in question.
- Children are not permitted to play on the apparatus before the Safety Talk given by The YMCA coaches.
- Gym area and equipment are restricted for paid participants only. Siblings of guests will not be allowed to join unless over 15 years old and acting as a responsible supervisor for anyone under 4 years old.
- All refuse, litter, glassware etc., is to be placed in the rubbish bins provided.
- Please respect that our centre is a smoke free and alcohol free zone. Smokers are urged to use the area outside the carpark, on the other side of the fence, to smoke, with disposal of any butts/ wrappers to go into the bin.
- Any damage caused to the Centre fittings furnishings or equipment will be charged to the Hirer at current market prices prevailing at time of hire.
- The YMCA staff members are there to ensure that a safe environment is maintained for all and any instruction must be complied with immediately.
