YMCA Gymnastics Seaford offers a range of gymnastics programs from beginners, including KinderGym and Mini gym, through to recreational gymnastics where participants execute more challenging skills.

Mother’s Day Kindergym
Join us for a Mother’s Day celebration session of Kindergym! A semi‑structured, parent‑guided play session. We’ll introduce children to fundamental movement skills, with a focus on fun, movement and participation.

• 1:30-2:30pm
• Recommended age: 1Y-5Y
• Parental involvement required
• Siblings (6Y-8Y) welcome ($15 per child)
